📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, develop, and implement PLC programs using industry-standard software such as Siemens TIA Portal or Rockwell Studio 5000.
• Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance of PLC systems.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers to integrate PLC systems into overall manufacturing processes.
• Document PLC system configurations, schematics, and operational procedures.
• Monitor and maintain PLC systems to ensure they meet performance standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical support and training to team members on PLC programming and system maintenance.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in PLC technology and automation systems.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and reliability of manufacturing processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in PLC programming and industrial automation.
• Proficiency in PLC programming languages such as Ladder Logic, Structured Text, or Function Block Diagram.
• Familiarity with industry-standard PLC brands such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or Mitsubishi.
• Knowledge of HMI/SCADA systems and their integration with PLCs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
