📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement social assistance programs that address the needs of vulnerable communities.,Coordinate with local government agencies, NGOs, and community leaders to ensure program success.,Monitor program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.,Manage program budgets and ensure financial sustainability.,Conduct community outreach and engagement activities to build awareness and support for the programs.,Provide training and support to program staff and volunteers.,Report program progress and impact to stakeholders and donors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Public Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in social services, community development, or program management.,Strong knowledge of social welfare policies and practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with budget management and financial reporting.
