📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee all construction activities on-site to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  • Manage and mentor a team of site staff, including supervisors and laborers.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports and other necessary documentation.
  • Handle client communications and address any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Participate in project planning and development meetings.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction site management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction laws and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
