📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of internal audits for the Finance & Accounting department.,Review financial records, transactions, and processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to internal policies and procedures.,Identify areas of risk and inefficiency, and develop recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and management to implement audit findings and ensure corrective actions are taken.,Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.,Provide training and guidance to junior auditors and staff on internal control procedures and audit techniques.,Prepare and present audit reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in internal auditing, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and financial regulations.,Proven experience in financial statement auditing and internal control assessments.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in using audit software and financial analysis tools.,Certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CPA, CMA) is a plus.
