📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial activities of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.,Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.,Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity and financial stability.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with all tax regulations.,Provide financial advice and guidance to senior management on financial matters.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies.,Manage and mentor junior finance staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Proven track record of achieving financial targets and driving cost efficiencies.
