📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare sales reports and present them to management.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand the customer base.,Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a retail or consumer goods industry.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using sales software and CRM tools.,Excellent time management and organizational skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.,Must have a valid SIM (Driver's License) and a reliable vehicle.
