Shop Leaf Abadi is seeking a dedicated Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth. This is a full-time position located in Kulon Progo, DI Yogyakarta, with a competitive salary ranging from Rp 13.000.000 to Rp 18.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and create job descriptions and specifications.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.,Schedule and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual, to assess candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to provide feedback on candidates and assist in the decision-making process.,Maintain a database of candidates and track the recruitment process for each position.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to improve our hiring processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
