📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications to patients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to prescription orders.
• Provide patient counseling on medication use, dosages, and potential side effects.
• Maintain and update the pharmacy's inventory, including ordering and receiving new medications.
• Process insurance claims and handle patient payments, ensuring accurate and timely transactions.
• Assist in preparing and packaging medications for shipment to other healthcare facilities.
• Perform quality control checks on medications to ensure they meet regulatory standards.
• Assist in training and supporting new pharmacy staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a pharmacy setting, preferably in a retail or hospital pharmacy.
• Familiarity with pharmacy software, such as Epic, Cerner, or similar systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients, colleagues, and healthcare professionals.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, as well as stand for extended periods of time.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
