Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.,Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing excellent service.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain adequate stock.,Conduct regular stock checks and manage stock rotations to optimize sales.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and increase sales.,Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or sales management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail operations and sales techniques.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Fluency in Indonesian and English language.,Possession of a valid driver's license.
