📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve workflow.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent shortages and excess stock.,Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.,Provide training and support to staff to enhance their operational skills.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all operational activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
