📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and assist sales team to meet daily sales targets.,Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate financial records.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints.,Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained.,Train and mentor new staff members.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and cash handling.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with basic accounting principles and financial records.,Ability to manage and mentor a team of sales assistants.,Fluent in Indonesian, with English skills a plus.,Valid ID and clean criminal record.
