📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Coordinate with drivers and mechanics to ensure vehicles are in optimal condition.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses to ensure cost efficiency.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce downtime.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to identify and address any issues.,Train and mentor junior staff on fleet management and safety procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and experience with various types of vehicles.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Knowledge of local regulations and laws related to vehicle operation.
