In this role, you will play a pivotal part in executing and optimizing IT procurement processes, ensuring seamless operation and cost efficiency for our IT infrastructure. Based in Jakarta Raya, you'll work closely with procurement teams and internal stakeholders to manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee the procurement lifecycle from request to delivery.

As an IT Procurement Operations Specialist, you'll be responsible for maintaining our procurement system, SAP Ariba, and ensuring all procurement activities comply with company policies and regulations. You'll leverage your expertise in IT procurement to drive value and efficiency in our operations, while also contributing to the strategic growth of Shopee's IT landscape.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to vendor selection and contract negotiation.
• Maintain and optimize our procurement system, SAP Ariba, to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost efficiency and compliance with company policies.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery and quality service.
• Monitor and analyze procurement spend, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and address their procurement needs and challenges.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in IT procurement to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT procurement, with a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and services.
• Proven experience with procurement systems, particularly SAP Ariba or similar platforms.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards is a plus.
