📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.,Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a fair and impartial manner.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Stay informed about labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.,Participate in team meetings and provide HR support as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of payroll processing is a plus.
