📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage department, including restaurants, bars, and room service.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage and mentor a team of 30+ staff members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Optimize inventory management and cost control to ensure profitability.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new ideas to improve operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury resort setting.
• Proven track record of successfully managing food and beverage operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using POS systems, inventory management software, and other relevant tools.
• Knowledge of food and beverage regulations and standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field.
