📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth running of the business.,Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational objectives.,Manage and mentor a team of managers to ensure high performance and productivity.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.,Monitor financial performance and ensure profitability.,Lead and participate in business development activities.,Represent the company in meetings and negotiations with external parties.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.,Proven experience in managing operations and leading teams.,Strong understanding of financial management and reporting.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of local regulations and business practices in Kalimantan Barat.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
