As an Assistant Kitchen Staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and efficiency of our kitchen operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to the menu and recipes.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas.,Assist in stock management, including ordering, receiving, and storing food ingredients.,Help in preparing and maintaining food presentation to meet customer expectations.,Assist in maintaining food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.,Support the kitchen team in achieving daily production targets and meeting customer demands.,Assist in training and mentoring new kitchen staff members.,Participate in kitchen inspections and quality control processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school education.,Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
