Store Bay Berjaya is looking for an experienced Assistant HR Manager to join our team in Jambi. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR Manager in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Support the HR Manager in managing employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievance handling.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the planning and execution of HR-related projects and initiatives.,Support the HR Manager in managing the HR department's budget and resources.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR software.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
