BHJ Security is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Support Executive to join our team in Bali. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about ELV (Electric Vehicle) and Security Systems and wants to make a difference in the industry.

As a Sales Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team in achieving their targets. You will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other sales materials. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating our customer database, and providing excellent customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assisting the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.
  • Maintaining and updating the customer database.
  • Providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Assisting in the organization and execution of sales events and trade shows.
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis.
  • Providing regular reports and updates to the sales team and management.
  • Assisting in the negotiation and closing of sales.
  • Ensuring that all sales processes and procedures are followed.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with ELV and Security Systems is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
