BRIO Jaya is looking for a talented Technical Writer to join our team. As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our software products. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia. We offer a competitive salary and a collaborative work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation.,Review and edit technical content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Assist in the development of training materials and user guides.,Provide support to customers and users through documentation and training.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong writing and communication skills in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar platforms.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Experience with software development processes and methodologies.,Understanding of software documentation best practices and standards.,Creative and analytical thinking skills.
