📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the organization's staffing needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet the qualifications and requirements of the position.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recommendations for candidate selection.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments, and making job offers.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends to ensure we are attracting the best talent.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and employment agencies.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with the local job market and industry trends.,Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and employment agencies.
