📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.,Oversee payroll and benefits administration.,Coordinate with management to address HR needs and issues.,Maintain accurate HR records and reports.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.🛠️ Keahlian
