As a Garment Material Inspector at Trisco, you will use industry-standard tools like fabric inspection tables, digital measuring devices, and quality control software to conduct thorough inspections. You will also collaborate with international suppliers to resolve any quality issues and maintain consistent supply of high-quality materials.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Inspect incoming fabrics and trims for quality, color fastness, and compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct visual and physical tests using fabric inspection tables and digital measuring devices.
- Document inspection results and maintain detailed quality control records.
- Collaborate with sourcing team to resolve any quality issues with suppliers.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials to the production floor.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processes.
- Train and mentor junior inspectors to maintain high quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in fabric inspection.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 3 years of experience in garment material inspection or a related field.
- Proven track record of ensuring high-quality standards in garment materials.
- Strong knowledge of international fabric standards such as OEKO-TEX, GOTS, and BSCI.
- Proficiency in using fabric inspection tables, digital measuring devices, and quality control software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Textile Science, Fashion Design, or a related field.
- Certification in garment material inspection or a relevant industry certification is a plus.
