📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documents, manuals, and guides for our products and services.,Collaborate with product development teams to ensure technical accuracy and clarity.,Review and edit technical content to improve readability and usability.,Develop and implement content strategies to support our marketing and sales efforts.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Assist in the creation of training materials and other educational content.,Support the technical writer in managing the documentation process and workflow.,Contribute to the improvement of our documentation tools and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role.,Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on technical content.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
