As a Clinical Laboratory Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our laboratory services. Your daily tasks will include sample collection, processing, and analysis, using state-of-the-art equipment and software. You will work closely with our team of medical professionals to support our simulation-based training programs, helping future healthcare providers develop essential skills in a safe and controlled environment.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Collect, process, and analyze clinical samples using advanced laboratory equipment such as automated analyzers, microscopes, and other specialized tools.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to meet industry standards.
- Document and record test results and patient information accurately and securely.
- Assist in the training and supervision of medical students and residents in laboratory procedures.
- Collaborate with the medical team to support simulation-based training programs.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory operations.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Biology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
- Certification in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or equivalent.
- Proficiency in using laboratory software such as LabSoft, Cerner, or Epic.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian healthcare regulations and standards.
