Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning,Oversee inventory control and stock management,Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to achieve targets,Train and develop store staff to enhance performance,Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction,Monitor store performance and implement improvement strategies,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Manage store budget and expenses

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field,Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role,Proven track record of managing teams and achieving sales targets,Strong leadership and communication skills,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems,Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
