📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide expert accounting advisory to clients, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
• Optimize financial processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest accounting trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality accounting services.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on accounting principles and practices.
• Prepare and present financial analysis reports to clients and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting services, preferably in a consulting environment.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) and tax regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
